Violence in the work place can result from just the firing or laying off of an employee for reasons of poor job performance to their strange behavior, which raises concerns for the safely and well being of other employees. Some times this can lead to seeking revenge against management, an individual or group of co-workers for their termination.
Our investigation can consist of a conducting surveillance on the subject to determine their activities after termination. This is especially important if the company has served a restraining order on the former employee advising them to not make any future physical contact with the company and their employees.
Our investigation will determine if the subject has violated this order. Once the violation has occurred the police can be notified and the subject can be taken into custody. We highly recommend this procedure.
