Employee Theft
    This is a problem that faces many businesses large or small. Trying to catch the person(s) responsible for the theft is sometimes difficult when there are a large number of employees and the employer has to know for sure if one of their employees is stealing from the company.

    One of the methods we use is high-tech video surveillance to catch suspected employee(s) in the act of stealing. We can then prepare an investigative report in conjunction with our video to show that the employee is responsible for the theft.

    The results of our investigation can either be used by the employer to terminate the employee and keep it on an in-house management level and/or file a crime report with law enforcement. Our report and video is your evidence that a crime has occurred. It can also be use in the event the employee later files a civil lawsuit against the employer for wrongful termination.
