| If your coming to us with this type of service, you are probably having trouble getting your person served. Either the process service agency or the County Sheriff or Marshal’s offices to perform this are having problems in making service.
Either the person has moved and there is no forwarding address, or they are deliberately trying to avoid being served.
We locate and serve evasive subjects in all civil and criminal case. We take the information provided by our clients, including the last known addresses, and attempt to locate and serve the individual.
If the person is just being evasive. We will have the time to conduct surveillance and serve them upon their arrival.
In conjunction with the courts proof of services, we also provide our written report detailing our efforts in making the service.
